Position Title: CNC Set up Operator

Wage: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm

QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled CNC Set up Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team in Ixonia, WI. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys precision work, problem-solving, and contributing to a high-quality production environment.

CNC Set up Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections of finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work from blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.

CNC Set up Operator Requirements:
- Previous CNC operating experience required (mills, lathes, or related equipment).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
