Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Responsibilities for Corporate Writing & Submissions Coordinator:

  • Prepare and manage submissions for surveys, directories, and legal ranking publications, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Coordinate interviews and gather supporting materials for awards and recognitions submissions.
  • Review and update biographies, practice overviews, firm profiles, and website content to maintain consistent Firm voice.
  • Maintain and update submissions-related databases, business development materials, and rankings reports.
  • Monitor industry news, trends, and publications to identify recognition opportunities.
  • Liaise with directory editorial staff and researchers to understand submission guidelines and methodologies.
  • Assist with process improvements for submissions, tracking, and overall business development initiatives.

Requirements for Corporate Writing & Submissions Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree; English, History, Political Science, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant submissions experience in a law firm.
  • Strong writing, editing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor, ability to maintain confidentiality, and collaborate in a team environment.
