Base pay range

$225,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr

A wellestablished large local Bay Area Mechanical Contractor is looking to fill a Director of Engineering position to oversee their thriving mechanical department.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or Plumbing
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• P.E. Required
• Commercial designbuild mechanical construction experience
• Experience in a variety of commercial and industrial project types
• Ability to manage and mentor other engineers
• Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
• AutoCAD and Revit experience required
• Organized, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and sound problemsolving skills
