ML Healthcare is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team as an remote or hybrid Account Executive / Healthcare Recruiter in the beautiful city of Fischer, TX which could be remote or a Hybrid role in Austin Texas at our headquarters.


Key Responsibilities for a Healthcare Recruiter:

• Candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Coordinating and assisting with recruitment processes.

Required Qualifications for a Healthcare Recruiter:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field preferred .
