Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and warmly as they enter the restaurant.
Manage seating chart, reservations, and waitlists to optimize guest flow.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding guest needs and table status.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate information about the restaurant.
Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area.
Ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Previous host/hostess or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and welcoming demeanor.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
