We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians to provide top-quality service to our residential and commercial customers in the Volusia/Flagler areas. Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose  and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate  with team members and communicate effectively to provide outstanding  customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free workplace environment.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including service tickets and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on proper HVAC system maintenance.

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification from an accredited school or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid EPA card and Florida driver's license.
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Strong  diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Must  be able to commute to Ormond Beach, FL.

Pay range: $20-$28 (depending on experience)
