Summary:

The person in this position will perform the necessary functions in order to maintain accurate inventory records

Education and Experience required to be successful at this position:

·      2 years college

·      2 years of inventory control and/or supply chain

·      Retail experience

Skills required to be successful at this position:

·      Exceptional time management

·      Very organized

·      Detail oriented

·      Self-motivated

·      Legible handwriting

·      Professional communication via phone, email, text, and in-person

·      Extremely comfortable with computers and proficient in MS Office Suite, experience using Edge software a HUGE plus

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

·      Package and ship items to customers and vendors daily

·      Monitor and return memo items

·      Concierge service for items being dropped off and picked up from vendors (2 days per week)

·      Receive all packages and add inventory to the POS system

·      Measuring and calculating dimensions of inventory items

·      Ensure all items in showroom are added to inventory

·      Enter information into inventory in order to generate Appraisals

·      Monitor and report on inventory levels

·      Attend store events as needed
