We are seeking an Office Manager/Payroll Administrator to become part of our team! You will be responsible for managing the office for facilitating HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Multiple Office management
  • Basic IT
  • Payroll
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedicatio
  • Manage vendor accounts
  • Deal directly with inventory and all office vendors

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management , HR & SHRM background.
  • 5 Yrs Payroll Experience
  • Microsoft extensive knowledge
  • Managing employee
  • College degree or higher
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Basic Accounting
  • Business management skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
