What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on public policy proposals to assess their potential impact
• Manage on?demand requests for policy?related information from executives across the organization
• Develop clear and impactful briefing materials for senior executives in preparation for engagements with policymakers
• Oversee all back?office operations for the Policy and Government Affairs team, including budget management and consultant oversight
• Lead the tracking of programmatic success metrics and performance objectives for the Policy and Government Affairs program

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 4+ years of progressive experience in a research, analysis, operations, or project management role, ideally within public policy or government affairs
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting thorough research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with experience managing budgets and contracts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on developing professional reports and briefing materials
• Bachelors degree in Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
