Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Onsite Project Manager/Scrum Master with 12–15 years of experience to lead Agile delivery, coordinate complex SAP and peripheral system initiatives, and ensure effective collaboration across PMO, product, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile frameworks, Jira, SAP project lifecycle activities, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive identification, escalation, and removal of project impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment between the PMO, development teams, functional teams, product owner, and business stakeholders.
• Track, manage, and report SAP and peripheral system–related technical stories and EPICs in Jira.
• Provide timely progress updates, alignment, and reporting within CALM (SAP Cloud ALM).
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Promote Agile best practices, sprint discipline, and delivery excellence across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of total experience, with substantial experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and project management.
• Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in ERP, SAP, or large-scale technology projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for managing user stories, EPICs, and sprint progress.
• Understanding of SAP project lifecycle; experience with CALM is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment and partner with global cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or equivalent preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud implementations.
• Exposure to integrating SAP with peripheral systems.
• Familiarity with PMO governance and enterprise Agile practices.
