Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Remote Online Tutor / Curriculum Support Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our team of educators to provide online tutoring and curriculum support to students. You will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and abilities, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one online tutoring sessions to students in a variety of subjects
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized learning plans for students
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons using our online platform
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians
- Collaborate with our team of educators to develop and improve curriculum materials
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student progress and session notes
- Attend regular team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Associates' or Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring
- Strong knowledge in a variety of subjects, including math, science, and language arts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for helping students succeed and reach their full potential
