Key Responsibilities

• Grow Outside Sales:  Develop partnerships with local schools, churches, businesses, and organizations to expand catering and mobile orders.
• Increase Check Average:  Create in-restaurant promotions and suggestive-selling campaigns that encourage guests to explore premium menu items and add-ons.
• Build Brand Awareness:  Manage community events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns that keep Chick-fil-A Austell top-of-mind.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and report measurable results to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with restaurant goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
