What You'll Be Doing (aka: How You'll Make Bank)

• Work leads, and network like a boss

• Inspect roofs, assess storm damage, and help homeowners file insurance claims

• Close deals, sign contracts, and hand off projects to our elite install team

• Follow up and follow through — happy clients = referrals and repeat $$$

• Track your hustle in our CRM (so you don't leave cash on the table)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Outgoing personality and confidence in the field — NO fear of knocking doors

• Grit, grind, and a killer work ethic

• Coachability — we'll teach you everything you need to succeed

• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to work outdoors

• Roofing or construction sales experience = bonus, but not required
