About the Role:

• iSoftTek Solutions Inc is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with a Trailblazer ID to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating customized Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
• Utilizing your deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and tools, you will develop and implement applications, while also ensuring best practices are followed.
• Your collaboration with business stakeholders and other team members will be vital in delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions that elevate business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Create tailored workflows and automate processes to enhance the Salesforce platform.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless operation and resolve any potential issues.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for development processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Active Trailblazer ID showcasing your Salesforce community engagement and expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration protocols, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) is highly valued.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of practical Salesforce development experience.
