Job Summary:
In this role, the work being supported ensures the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry. Position supports incoming inspection, in-process, and final inspection. Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection to ensure that company standards are met.
Job Responsibilities: \n - Perform inspection of product/subassemblies to requirements as specified in documentation during incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
\n - Perform inspection of PCBA, fabricated mechanical parts, and cables but not limited to visual and dimensional inspection.
\n - Perform inspection of purged product as requested.
\n - Enter inspection results into manufacturing execution system
\n - Generate non-conformance/defect reports as required.
\n - Perform first article inspections to support the component/part qualification.
\n - Be able to read and interpret specifications and part prints.
\n - Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
\n - Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
\n - Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation.
\n - Enforce FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.
\n - Communicates and assists in the resolution of quality related problems.
\n - Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations.
\n - Be able to mentor other inspectors and provide guidance as required.

Required Qualifications: \n - High School Diploma
\n - Typically requires 3-5(+) years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment performing in-process, final, and incoming inspection
\n - Knowledge of PCBA inspection and IPC-A-600 and/or IPC-A-610 certification is required
\n - Experience working with engineering to drive improvement trends across factory defects
\n - Experience leading first article inspection including developing first article templates, and completing full first article data packages
\n - Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
\n - Ability to work with little instruction on daily work
\n - Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications: \n - Quality inspection lead experience highly preferred
\n - Experience working in aerospace/defense industry highly preferred
\n - Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment is preferred
\n - Knowledge of Aegis Factory Logix a plus
\n - Experience with Cable Inspection, certification to IPC-A-620 a plus
\n - Knowledge or Certification of J-STD, IPC-7711/7721 is a plus

Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Range for this Position:• $44,000.00 - $88,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
• $49,300.00 - $98,600.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
• $51,900.00 - $103,800.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
