Job Description: Ready to become a warehouse hero? We're on the lookout for a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced team, where you'll be moving, stacking, and organizing like a pro! If you've got the skills to operate a stand-up forklift and a passion for making things happen, we want you to help us keep the warehouse running smoothly and safely.
You'll be responsible for zooming around (safely, of course!) to transport materials, load/unload shipments, and make sure every thing's in its perfect spot. Think of it like playing Tetris, but with pallets and a forklift!
What You'll Be Doing: - Forklift Fun: Master the stand-up forklift as you zip through the warehouse, moving materials, stacking pallets, and unloading shipments like a pro.
- Tetris with a Twist: Stack and arrange products in the most efficient and organized way to optimize space and keep the warehouse looking sharp.
- Safety First: Inspect your forklift before every shift and make sure it's ready for action. Safety isn't just a rule; it's part of your warehouse superpower!
- Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with your team mates to keep the pace up and meet goals. We're all in this together!
- Organized Chaos: Help us keep track of inventory and maintain a neat, organized warehouse where everything has a home. You'll be the organizational hero we never knew we needed!
- Communicate Like a Boss: Keep your supervisors in the loop, report any issues, and make sure every one's on the same page to keep things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For: - Forklift Skills: You know your way around a stand-up forklift and can operate it like a seasoned pro.
- Efficiency Expert: You've got an eye for detail and a knack for getting things done quickly without sacrificing safety.
- Safety Enthusiast: You understand that safety is key-no shortcuts here! You're always aware of your surroundings and follow protocols.
- Team Spirit: You're not just a forklift operator; you're a team mate, ready to pitch in and help out wherever needed.
- Muscles and Stamina: You're able to lift up to 50 lbs, and you're okay with standing, bending, and moving around throughout your shift.
- Dependability: You show up ready to work, and your forklift never misses a beat. Reliability is your middle name!
What You'll Need: - Experience with stand-up forklift, Crown experience is a plus.
- A keen sense of organization and a drive to keep things running like clockwork.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
