Benefits: The Position: Do you like to work outside? Pool Scouts is looking for part time pool cleaning technician with a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude. JOIN our Pool Scouts team and help us turn pools into a beautiful, stress-free zone: Scouts Honor!
Routes are available Monday through Friday with ability to work 3, 4 or 5 full days per week. This is a Part-Time position
Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.
As an Ideal Candidate:
- You enjoy delivering excellent customer service and doing the job right.
- You are neat and keep a professional appearance.
- You are detail oriented
- You have a valid driver's license.
- You're OK with a background check.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
We'll train you how, but the basic responsibilities include:
- Cleaning debris from pool
- Emptying skimmer baskets and pump strainer basket
- Back washing filters
- Vacuuming pool
- Brushing tile at waterline and where needed
- Checking water chemistry and balancing (we'll teach you how)
- Checking pool equipment and water level
- Some heavy lifting (could be 50 lbs)
- Reporting any pool issues with pool or pump to management
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
