Swimming Pool Technician Assistant

We are known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, and we are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated and hardworking laborer to assist our Swimming Pool Technicians in the field this season.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and loyal individual to join our team as a Swimming Pool Technician Assistant / Laborer. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced technicians to ensure the timely and effective execution of pool maintenance, repairs, and installations. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions and perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions is a must for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist swimming pool technicians with pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Help with the installation and repair of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and pool covers.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and other manual labor as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper disposal of debris and chemicals.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the swimming pool technician or management.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles; swimming pool industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Good driving record a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company a huge plus.
