Job Description

DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Manager to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in driving performance by training call center agents and ensuring that our clients’ products and services remain top-of-mind during every customer interaction.

The Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our workforce. This includes assessing business objectives, identifying training gaps, and creating solutions that enhance employee knowledge, performance, and engagement. The ideal candidate will lead various training initiatives, delivering targeted development programs, all with the goal of improving operational effectiveness and ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the organization.

Office requirement: This role will report to our Richardson, Texas office.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate dynamic, engaging, and high-energy training sessions and meetings for both in-person and virtual audiences
  • Oversee the design, development, organization, and execution of AT&T-related training content for partner audiences across the U.S. and internationally
  • Lead, mentor, and support the hiring and development of call center training staff to ensure consistent performance and growth
  • Manage and support all instructor-led training initiatives, including classroom workshops, computer-based training, webinars, Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs, and ongoing education
  • Collaborate closely with content developers to ensure timely and effective creation and scheduling of training materials
  • Ensure all training delivery—both live and virtual—is conducted in a personable, engaging, and professional manner that reflects the AT&T brand
  • Create and maintain job aids, reference materials, and digital learning tools to support training effectiveness across all platforms
  • Analyze audience feedback and performance trends to align training messages and strategies across programs

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization, including entry-level agents and executive leadership
  • Background in wireless, telecom, high-speed internet, wireless, and/or consumer electronics industries
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level presentation delivery and training curriculum development
  • Proficient in developing, designing, and delivering engaging, audience-focused content across various formats
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to quickly create clear, visually appealing, and well-animated presentations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Skilled in web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams
  • Technical ability with A/V setup and troubleshooting, including projectors, TVs, and audio systems
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), cloud storage services, and audio/video editing preferred
  • Professional appearance and a confident, outgoing demeanor
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed
