Job Details:

\n

• Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
\n• 36 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract
\n• On-call rotation requirement of 5-9 days per month with callback responsibilities
\n• Weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• Must have 1-2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assistant
\n• Required certifications: CST FA program with certification and BLS
\n• Associate degree or certificate required
\n• Experience with EPIC charting system required
\n• Work with patients of all ages in various surgical specialties
\n• Skillset includes general surgery, general robotics, total joints with and without Mako Robot (Zimmer, Stryker, some Smith & Nephew), podiatry, and spine procedures
\n• Must demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills
\n• Must be hard-working, resilient, and manage change well
\n• Work in 5 operating rooms plus 1 minor procedure room
\n• Scrubs provided by facility
\n• No local candidates within 40-mile radius accepted

The facility features 5 operating rooms and 1 minor procedure room, equipped to handle a wide range of surgical procedures including general surgery, robotics, orthopedic procedures, podiatry, and spine surgeries.
