Job Description
Prolink is seeking experienced Telemetry Registered Nurses (RNs) for a rapid 4-week travel contract at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI . This is a great opportunity to earn premium pay, secure guaranteed hours, and wrap up your assignment before the holidays.
Assignment Details
Shifts: Days or Nights, 4x12s (48 hours/week)
Unit: Telemetry
Beds: 39
Ratios: 1:6–7
Contract Length: 4 weeks (rapid completion)
Orientation: ~4 hours + shadow shift before assignment
Scheduling: Flexible; management works to accommodate but expects openness to fill gaps
Patient Population & Common Treatments
Population: Adult & Geriatric
Common Diagnoses: CHF, pneumonia, telemetry monitoring
Skills/Treatments:
Breathing treatments, CPAP/BiPAP
Chest tube setup/care, trach care
Blood & blood product administration
Cardioversion / defibrillation
Telemetry interpretation & 12-lead EKG
PCA pumps, drains, feeding tubes, wound vacs
PICC/central line care
Ancillary Staff Support
CNA, LPN/LVN, Tech staff available
Requirements
Active RN license (MI or compact, no restrictions)
AHA BLS (additional certs may be required)
2+ years recent Telemetry experience preferred
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
