Director of Marketing at Progressive Dental Marketing

Progressive Dental Marketing is looking for an analytical, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok to drive qualified patient opportunities for dental practices across the country. Youll work closely with our account management and sales team to execute high-performance campaigns at scale.

Pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager for multiple clients simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines.
• Develop and scale Responsive Search Campaigns with high-quality creative, strong match types, and optimized ad extensions.
• Utilize bid strategies including portfolio bidding to achieve efficient cost-per-lead and conversion goals.
• Implement tracking and ensure campaign accuracy through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Conduct ongoing performance analysis to make data-driven adjustments on budgets, bids, targets, and creative.
• Collaborate with web designers and account managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand positioning.
• Create and iterate social creative in Canva, working from existing design frameworks to produce compelling ad graphics.
• Monitor lead quality and collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting and funnels.
• Stay informed on platform updates, industry trends, and performance best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (certifications a plus).
• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Canva and design fundamentals for social media creative.
• Strong analytical mindset able to interpret data and pivot strategy.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
