Fashion Designer – Evening & Resort Collections
Location: New York, NY
Bronx and Banco is seeking an experienced, creatively driven Fashion Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our Evening and Resort collections. This is an exciting opportunity to lead design development within a global luxury fashion brand known for bold femininity, confident silhouettes, and statement glamour.
What You’ll Do
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Design Directors to conceptualize and deliver seasonal collections
• Research fabric, color, silhouette, and trend inspiration each season
• Attend fittings and oversee garment development to ensure fit, finish, and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with our textile and print team on the development of exclusive artworks
• Support in creating samples for press, fashion week, lookbooks, and showroom presentations
What You Bring
• 1-3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, ideally in luxury eveningwear or resortwear
• Proven ability to design statement pieces that are both creative and commercially viable
• Strong sketching skills, hand and digital (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and production processes
• Experience working with international factories and managing product development
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A passion for bold, feminine fashion with a global appeal
