Job Description

Develop strategic brand plans develop marketing programs to maximize brand revenues. Must be able to articulate own-able positioning, and create line plans that seize upon them.

Dedicated to Leaders Cosmetics marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and edit content for Leaders Insolution brand key marketing initiatives, including positioning, product and packaging, campaigns and presentations.
• Build and execute compelling marketing campaigns and promotions targeting various customer segments, including SEO, social networking, and blogging.
• Copywriting, editing, and proofreading all marketing materials.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and reporting of branding activities.
• Work closely with the manager to develop the best, most impactful and informative marketing assets.
• Support the team in ongoing marketing initiatives and projects outside of copy needs.
• Proofread all copy (digital, print, online, in-store, etc.) for grammar, punctuation, errors, and style.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Copywriting experience with a passion for beauty or fashion.
• Graphic design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast deadlines.
• Proactive, creative problem solver ready to develop fresh ideas and anticipate needs and potential challenges.
• Beauty editorial experience and consumer magazine and/or copywriting experience is a bonus.
• Portfolio of professional writing examples.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Great communication skills demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas, both in writing and in person.
• Excellent team player contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts the success of the team above own interests.
• Strong sense of urgency: youre self-motivated and eager to demonstrate your skills and contribute to the success of your team. Youre the kind of person who asks for more to do when projects wrap up early.
• Basic public speaking skills: you may be asked to attend a consumer event or two within the year; you should be comfortable demonstrating Leaders Cosmetics products to event attendees.

Position Requirements

• A professional portfolio demonstrating beauty/fashion or luxury brand expertise for marketing-driven companies.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills a must; impeccable spelling and grammar.
• Bachelors degree required in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a comparable degree with a writing focus.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year in beauty, fashion, and luxury goods.
