Technical Cleaner

A technical cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, such as commercial buildings, homes, hospitals, and industrial sites. Additionally, they perform restoration content work for residential and commercial properties, determine recoverable items, and use specialized cleaning equipment. The position involves physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you are tired of turning hotel rooms, this job will have a better schedule and pay. Training and development program available, which may include industry certifications. In this position, you will make a difference every day. We have a sincere drive towards the goal of helping to make fire and water damage "As If They Never Happened!"

Responsibilities include:

• Performing pack-outs and pack-backs with a team
• Performing cleaning tasks on client personal belongings
• Using technology to track and inventory client belongings
• Performing complete cleaning through various methods, including ultrasonic
• Performing cleaning activities in client facilities
• Offering exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to perform physical work associated with cleaning activities, general cleaning on-site

Ability to lift 40 pounds

Ability to work independently

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Must pass background check and electronic verification

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, occasional weekends

Pay Rate:

Starts at $17-21/hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
